Here’s a new collaboration with our friends at Mellön, which serves as a bit of a continuation of Musculosa.
A little backstory: our friends at Mellön had to turn back halfway through the brewing day for Musculosa due to record amounts of rain brought by the remnants of Hurricane Debby.
And that’s how the idea for this Pale Ale, with its perfectly fitting name, was born.
We brewed this Pale Ale with a significant amount of spelt and wheat.
We chose to use a fantastic trio of hops: Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Citra, in abundant quantities!
