Hoppy Ale with Chinook & El Dorado Hops

Here’s a new version of SENS, a hoppy Ale born from a highly enjoyable and rewarding collaborative project with our friends at Auval Brewing Co. and Brasserie Ayawan.

This time, we have the opportunity to showcase Chinook and El Dorado hops from the 2024 harvest, grown by Lupuline Hop Yard in the Pontiac region of Outaouais.

We brewed this beer entirely with grains and hops from Quebec.

Sens is a hoppy Ale in the sense that we chose a broad, unconstrained expression for this beer.

You may find some similarities with our IPAs, but this collaborative project is both an experiment and something we hope will endure over time.
