This NEIPA is hopped with HBC 630, Enigma, and Nelson Sauvin.
The nose is dominated by a mix of red fruits, grapes, and a good amount of hop resin.
On the palate, the beer is round. Initially, you'll notice green grape, white wine, and apricot aromas, followed by red fruits, particularly raspberry and currants, towards the finish.
The final bitterness and the resinous taste pleasantly cut through the little residual sweetness.
