Dessert cider, perfect for dessert or by the fire at the end of the evening.

We froze the apples to preserve the aromas through cryo-concentration, then, to concentrate the sugar even further, we boiled the must to achieve an optimal result: a rich taste of caramelized apples with a slight acidity to balance it all!

A cider similar to a fire cider, but lighter in alcohol, with only 7.5% alcohol.
