A blend beer that has aged in Chardonnay barrels for 14 months. It has an amber hue and is topped with a compact, dense foam reminiscent of tiramisu.

The nose reveals notes of candied pears, barley sugar, and a light farmhouse signature typical of wild yeasts. The palate unveils notes of caramel, fresh apple must, and white port.
