Originally, women created beer. Despite their roles and innovations over centuries, they are now nearly erased from history.

On International Women's Rights Day, the women of the brewing industry in Outaouais have gathered once again this year to present a product worthy of the greatness of the original feminine role in the creation of beer.

Brewery notes: The nose features predominant aromas of candied stone fruits. On the palate, the beer is fairly light and well-carbonated. Flavors of graham crackers stand out initially, followed by the hops with their "gummy bear" (pineapple) candy notes, then mandarin and orange zest.

The sip finishes with a bit of hop resin, a distinct bitterness, and a very dry finish.
