How many spies do you know? None. Exactly. They know how to maintain their anonymity for the good of the world. It’s this anonymity that we’ve cultivated here, not to highlight Sir John, but to let the ingredients shine through in this damn good Double Oat Cream IPA.
The hops El Dorado, Citra, and Strata take the lead here, with a good touch of lactose to soften everything with smoothness and roundness, cutting the bitterness and making it easy to drink.
Let’s raise our glass to all those who worked on this fantastic beer and who, for their own good, we prefer to keep nameless so that they too can be celebrated in their anonymity.
