This new IPA series is a mix between our two flagship series, Jericho, VT and Amsterdam, NY. It combines the creamy aspect of Amsterdam without the lactose touch and a lower alcohol percentage compared to our Jericho, VT, making it an easy-to-approach beer, pure happiness in a can.
This fourth iteration is hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Sauvin Hopkief. Beneath its beautiful sun-yellow hue lies a bouquet of summer esters; citrus notes, stone fruits, and light tropical hints blend together to tease your nostrils.
On the palate, the beer’s creaminess is balanced by the bitterness, offering a refreshing finish. It evokes citrus zest, passion fruit, ripe pineapple, with a light finish where lychee and lime zest embrace every corner of your palate, clearly filling you with joy.
