Here’s Interstice 2, an 8% Double West Coast brewed in collaboration with our friends from Toronto’s Blood Brothers Brewing and our twins from Milton’s Third Moon Brewing.
On the nose, you'll find plenty of tropical fruits and very ripe stone fruits, with a hint of hop resin.
The body of the beer is initially quite round.
On the palate, the beer is incredibly fruity: lots of mangoes, apricots, and nectarines, followed by citrus zest once the sip passes.
The finish is very bitter, with hop resin lingering in your mouth.
