Brut IPA is a new brewing style.
It is a lightly malted, bitter, highly aromatic, carbonated beer to which an enzyme is added during fermentation so that there is practically no residual sugar left (like a Champagne Brut/Extra Brut).
The result is an extremely dry and thirst-quenching beer, perfect for those hot days.
This version is 100% hopped with Australian Vic Secret hop, which gives it tropical fruit and pine flavors.
