This black beer is a new creation! We wanted to craft a beer that reminded us of the famous Black Velvet.
It is macerated on apple pomace from Cidre Choinière and develops roasted notes and aromas of grapefruit. On the palate, we have flavors of roasted sunflower and ripe fruits.
It is bottle-conditioned with apple juice.
