Our Chardonnay expresses harmonious aromas of lemon and lightly buttery caramelized pear, white flowers, and almond croissant.

Rich and mineral on the palate, it features flavors of pear, toasted bread, and a subtly vanilla note.

Its pleasant roundness comes from the balance between creaminess, acidity, and the richness of flavors. The finish is long and elegant.

Pair it with grilled scallops in vanilla sauce, poultry with chanterelles or morels, a salmon fillet with herb pesto, and Quebec cheeses.

Fermented with its native yeasts.

Aged in the finest French oak barrels.

Unfiltered to preserve its delicate aromas.

Aging potential of three years.
