We filled two Kentucky Bourbon barrels with our classic and renowned Belgian Tripel. A few months of aging were enough to create a new tasting experience, built on flavors of candied fruits, maple, and oak.
This union, truly sublime, results in an astonishing outcome! The Tripel, originally quite dry and spicy, is covered in a soft, indulgent shawl that suits it perfectly.
