With Soirée à rosé, we’re far from your typical poolside rosé — this is a wine meant to be savored just as much during apéro with a good charcuterie board as it is at the table with a festive turkey.

Grapes: 25% Frontenac Gris + 25% Marquette + 25% Saint-Croix + 25% Lucie Kuhlmann

Vinification:
- Half pressed directly, the other half underwent 15 days of carbonic maceration
- All grape varieties co-fermented
- Aged 6 months in neutral French oak barrels
